Your journey will begin with our signature Wellness score that is comprised of the most scientifically relevant tests to identify the key factors involved in optimizing health and wellbeing. You will be given your individual score that will allow us to identify how to make achieving your health and fitness goals easy, fun and achievable.

Step 2: Track

Research shows that people that track and are clinically guided have the greatest amount of success in achieving their health goals. We believe you have to know your score if you want to win the game. You will be supported with your asana nutrition and fitness tracking app, weekly coaching, weigh in, metabolic assessment and tracking sessions to monitor your progress and ensure your success.

Transformation occurs when consistent action is taken and done right. Often people struggle with optimizing their fitness and wellness goals because they do not have the information they need that is specific to their body to take the right consistent action.
