What To Expect On Your First Visit
Welcome to ASANA Wellness Center!
We look forward to caring for you! To help you get the most out of your first visit, here are some things you should know and bring with you.
We offer a complimentary, no obligation, 15-minute consultation with our wellness case manager. Their goal is to help determine what health and fitness results are important to you and whether or not we can help you achieve them.
If the services of our wellness center match your needs, we will then let you know the next appropriate steps. If for any reason we are unable to support you, we will make the best referral or recommendations to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Once you are ready to move forward with care in our wellness center, you will need to fill out our New Client Paperwork (click here to fill these forms out beforehand and bring with you.)
We are a wellness concierge practice that is dedicated to helping you find the root cause of your health or wellness problem, whether it’s hormone imbalance or medical weight loss.
Once identified through appropriate examination, evaluation and or testing, the clinical team will meet to fully review your case and make the best recommendations on how you can achieve your desired health and fitness results. You will then meet with the Case Manager to review your clinical results.
Should you move forward with care in our wellness center please note that we do not file claims with insurance companies. We do accept FSA/ HSA and we offer affordable cash options for your care, however.
Since our services focused around, many are not covered by traditional insurance policies. We are happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement should your policy have coverage. If you have any questions about payment options, please contact our wellness center immediately.
